Florence, Italy, March 28, 2024 – Today, the Hanix group has announced its total acquisition of the shares of EB Neuro S.p.A.

EB Neuro S.p.A. is an Italian leading manufacturer of medical devices in the neurological field with equipment for EEG, EMG, TMS and Neuronavigation. It is the first company in the world to have MDR, FDA, CFDA, etc. certified products. Previously, in 2016, Hanix Group had fully acquired YINGCHI, the leader of TMS, tDCS.

With this move, Hanix group significantly enhances its presence in the Neurophysiology Medical Device markets by joining forces with EB Neuro S.p.A., a leader in EEG, EMG, TMS, and navigated TMS products, alongside YINGCHI, a leader in TMS products for therapy and rehabilitation. This strategic initiative aligns with Hanix group's goal to expand the presence of neurology products in international markets.
